Recruiter – UK & EU Contracting (Remote)

About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Recruiter to support UK and EU contracting recruitment operations. This role is fully delivery-focused and suited for someone who enjoys owning the recruitment lifecycle end-to-end from sourcing and outreach to candidate qualification and stakeholder communication.
You will work on contract and freelance hiring needs, supporting fast-paced, client-driven recruitment requirements across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities

Proactively source contract and freelance candidates across UK & EU markets

Build and manage talent pipelines for recurring and ad-hoc contracting needs

Execute outbound candidate outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other channels

Conduct initial screening and qualification calls with candidates

Assess candidate suitability for contract roles (skills, availability, rate, location, compliance readiness)

Maintain clear and structured candidate notes and status updates

Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups

Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process

Support ongoing talent pool development for future requirements
Required Experience & Skills

Proven experience in recruitment delivery, preferably in contracting / freelance recruitment

Strong background in sourcing and outbound recruitment (not just inbound CV screening)

Experience working with UK and/or EU hiring markets

Confident conducting candidate conversations and qualification calls

Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision

Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes in parallel
Preferred / Nice to Have

Experience recruiting for IT, engineering, or professional services roles

Familiarity with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter

Understanding of contract hiring models (daily rates, availability, remote vs onsite)

Exposure to MSP/VMS environments
